Life in the Gray

Gray is no longer the color of doom. It has become a staple not only in my closet, but also in my house. It is the perfect neutral that you can combine with bright pops of color, or keep it low key and chill with darker colors. For this little backyard photo sesh, I had to include my favorite little part gray pup, Tex. He’s really wanted to make it in more blog posts, but he just has a very hard time sitting still. Although, as I am typing this, I’m looking at him passed out on the couch across from me. We got home from the ranch yesterday, and when we are there, he runs and runs and runs and runs and runs. Oh, and he swims and swims and swims in the ponds, too 🙂

I paired this top I bought at Marshall’s of all places (which I am now realizing is a girls’ top) with these Lululemon leggings. Oh, and the best part is that the top has little specs of glitter in the fabric (you’ll see I love all things sparkly here.) I’m thinking how fun would this be with red leggings for a holiday party and some fancy shoes?!?!?!?!
