The October Review
“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” – L.M. Mongtomery
October is always a fun month – the excitement of FALL, pumpkins everywhere, and everyone eagerly awaiting the first cool front of the year! October was fun fun fun and so busy – take a look below!
Favorite Item of the Month
This $28 Amazon dress was by far my favorite item this month! A piece like this in your closet is so versatile and so needed! Click here to see how I styled it 3 different ways!
Audible Books
I finished American Royals II: Majesty and definitely recommend it. It is so light hearted and and easy read/listen.
I started The Silent Wife by Karin Slaughter and have been blown away so far. She has two series, the Grant County Series and the Will Trent Series, that have one thing in common – Sara Linton. In this thrilling novel, the two worlds of present and past collide as Sara and Will Trent realize that the mistakes that were made in the past have had serious consequences since then – and all of it is brought to their attention by the a prisoner who is the one accused of committing the original crime. One piece of advice – this is not a book to listen to with kids in the car 🙂
Series Watched
I’m still working on Tehran but I can’t log into my iTunes account anymore on my apple tv so I can’t get to this to watch. I’m thinking I might need to add a Roku to my Christmas list 😉 It was getting really good where I left off, too! I’m hoping to get that figured out asap!
Most Popular Blog Post
The very first “Plated” blog post I ever made was this Homemade Hamburger Helper and omg I forgot how good it was! With that said, this was the most popular blog post of October. Click here to read!
