In Case You Missed It

We’ve been busy busy busy over the last several weeks. The twins turned 3 and it seemed like we celebrated all week long!

I recently started working with Teangle Matcha Tea and love it as my afternoon pick me up! My favorite lately has been the Ginger Lemongrass – just mix it with cold water and voila! Matcha waiting for?

Retail Therapy

It’s that time of year again, the time where it’s 8,000 degrees outside but we are all supposed to be transitioning to fall. Luckily for you, Loft wants to help. You can get 30% off with code SOGOOD πŸ™‚

Side note: I have noticed that sometimes when you click on the images below, it takes you to Pinterest. I’m not smart enough to figure out how to change that, but if you click in the top left part of the image, it will take you to the linked Loft website.

Spiralized Zucchini, Quinoa and Turkey Sausage Stuffed Peppers

This takes the idea of a meal in a bowl to the next level! Who doesn’t love mixing up the protein, carbs, cheese, veggies all in one? These stuffed bell peppers are sure to be a family favorite! Click here for the recipe!

Tip: If you do not have a spiralizer for the zucchini, just buy zucchini spirals from your local grocery store!

Small Business Feature – Sew Texan Goods

Jessica and I became friends through the Instagram space and I am so glad we did. She worked at Elaine Turner and was in the fashion world before deciding to stay at home with her boys and start a small business. As an accessory lover, you can find all sorts of personalized accessories on her Etsy site and Instagram! Like these Breast Cancer Fighting Bracelets and Teacher Bracelets:

I also have several pair of earrings, a personalized bag, and my favorite S & S bracelet from her and the twins have the cutest Easter bunnies. Truly a fun brand that is run by a Mama who creates her bracelets by hand (WATCH HERE.)

Insta

I share all of my daily life in stories on Instagram, so make sure you are following along! Everything from try-ons, foods I’m eating, my work outs, fun things the twins and I do, brand reviews, some work stuff, and a lot of me thinking out loud while walking Lola.

Also, I know a lot of people follow along on Facebook, but I don’t share everything to Facebook from Instagram, (stories, videos, and reels) so to see all of that content, you’ll need to check out Instagram. Reels are definitely getting all the attention right now, so be on the look out for more of those. FYI – a reel is a short 15 – 30 second video πŸ™‚

Instagram is also a lot easier to see posts (IMO) because it is laid out in a grid format. Another benefit of using Instagram is the hashtag feature. You can search by a hashtag, and all the posts that include that hashtag will show up. I use this a lot when I travel to new destinations or when I am looking for things like #babyshowerideas or #toddlerbirthdayparty and things like that.

That’s all for today – I have a fun day of cleaning/organizing the play room! Savannah got the most adorable playhouse for her birthday and Sullivan got the cutest train table! I need to find a permanent home for them in the house (they’ve moved from one room to the next πŸ™‚ )

Cheers – MP
