Good evening everyone!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend with plenty of toasting!   As the weekend winds down and I am starting to get ready for the work week, I would like to take this time to introduce you to my two fur babies, Lola Mae and Tex.  Lola Mae is a four year old dapple dachshund with a HUGE personality.  She likes being the center of attention and loves swimming and playing in the water!  Tex just celebrated his third birthday and is a miniature Australian Shepherd.  And I have to admit, I am envious of his energy.  He can run and jump and spin circles all day long!  He also loves to wiggle his booty, which means he wants it to be scratched.  But his absolute favorite thing in the world is going on boat rides.  I imagine that he is kind of like Jack and Rose on the front of the Titanic thinking, “I”m the king of the world!”  They have become quite the brother/sister pair and I cannot imagine life without them.  Yes, they are spoiled and can be demanding, but they are my babies and I love them so much!  As this blog continues to evolve, I am positive you will be hearing more about them.  Now go and have a great week!
