Mother’s Day | A Tablescape

I think we can all agree that last year’s Mother’s Day was probably somewhat overshadowed by quarantine and COVID. This year, I am determined to make up for it and decided what better way to do that than to do a beautiful Mother’s Day tablescape.

When putting this table together, I had one idea in mind:

A Springtime Brunch

That includes this amazing Pineapple and Hickory Bacon Cheese Log, Chicken Salad, Bibb and Radish Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Baguette Slices, and ending it with Carrot Cupcakes.

I do think the show stealer, though, is the beautiful centerpiece (that I assembled myself!) Yes, really – head to Instagram to see how I did it!

This is the Waterford Lismore Lace Gold china and it is now discontinued, which is a bummer because it is beautiful and means that I have to be extremely careful when using.

And don’t skimp out on the wines! For this shoot, I have a Whispering Angle Rosé and La Marca Prosecco. La Marca literally used to be under $10 a bottle, but like all good things, once they start growing in popularity, the price increases as well. It is on sale at HEB right now for $12.03 a bottle.

For a true champagne, I just recently discovered GH Mumm and think it is a fabulous champagne. Right now it is $35.49 a bottle at Total Wine. I also think you can never go wrong with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut coming in at $46.97 a bottle. Spoil Mom (or yourself) this Mother’s Day and get the good stuff!

My favorite Pinot Grigio is the Santa Margherita. A more affordable option would be Confetti and is under $10.

I hope whatever you decide to do this weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day it is a memorable one. We deserve after last year 🙂 And don’t forget to shop the Mother’s Day Gift Guide.
