Air Fryer

This is the air fryer I got for Christmas and I am obsessed! That’s not even an exaggeration! I do not like having kitchen appliances out on my counter tops (other than the keurig and essentials….) but this one has landed on my counter top and stayed! I have used it so much for kid basics like chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, mini corn dogs. I’ve also made the most amazing pork tenderloin (followed this seasoning recipe) and chicken breast with the Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning. It heats up quickly, and is so easy to clean!

One of the complaints I hear a lot with air fryers is that they aren’t big enough. This is a 6 qt one and easily fit a 1 lb pork tenderloin and (at a separate time) 3 chicken breasts.

Beauty Products

These are just a few of the beauty products I am using right now:

• Olay Nourishing Body Wash with Vitamin B3 and Hyaluronic Acic – smells amazing, lightweight, leaves you feeling moisturized without having a “coated” feel
• Blink Eye Drops: Both For Contacts and for Dry Eyes – I wear contacts and my eyes kill me in the winter time. I just went to the optometrist last week and while I have used the eye drops for contacts for a while now, she recommendded I start using the moisturizing drops every morning and night (in sync with brushing your teeth.) This has made a huge difference with my eye and contact comfort.
• Unscented Aveeno Sheer Hydration Daily Moisturizing Lotion – and speaking of dryness, this is my favorite lotion to use not only in the winter time but summer as well. It is light weight, moisturizing, and doesn’t leave me sticky! I can actually put on leggings or jeans after applying and it doesn’t stick!
• e.l.f. Hydrating Face Primer Small – matte finish that leaves your skin prepped and smooth for makeup application
• Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector SPF 30 – this is what I wear almost every day. I don’t do my full make up, but this has just enough coverage to make me look like I put in some effort to sit in my home office all day 🙂 It’s super easy to apply (I often use my finger tips!) and it offers SPF 30!
