The Weekend Post 9

…….just a little retail therapy for you

It’s the first sunny day in what feels like forever, and I am here for it. So is Lola, apparently….and yes, I took this picture through the window of the back door so as not to disturb her.

But all jokes aside, I’ve taken a little (unplanned) time away from ToasttoPost.com. It really wasn’t planned, it just happened. And before I knew it, I looked up one day and an entire month had passed without me writing a post. I have A LOT of content and post ideas that I want to share, it’s just finding the time to do it. Coming up soon on ToasttoPost:

  • Gulf Shores Trip Recap
  • Nordstrom Sale
  • Mome Brand Collab
  • Learn Through Playing Collab
  • MYK Silk Collab
  • Returning to Work & Workwear Essentials
  • Twins’ THIRD Birthday Party Theme and Planning Ideas

So you’ll want to stay tuned and make sure you’re signed up for e-mail alerts. I promise, I won’t spam you – I actually don’t even know how to do that. All it does it is email you a copy of every new blog post I publish.

With that said, here is this week’s retail therapy πŸ™‚

Summer Sandals

Because summer isn’t over just yet, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite summer sandals across various price points. Click the image to shop πŸ™‚

Ellie Nap Dress

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably seen these so called nap dresses all over social media. The basic concept is that it is comfortable enough to wear as a nightgown around the house, while also looking chic enough to wear in public. These nap dresses by Hill House are bump friends, nursing friendly, 100% cotton, and machine wash at home! The recommendation is to order a size down. Hurry! These are going fast!

The Way Home Shorts

Running shorts, but make them sassy. The smocked waist band on these running shorts from Free People is everything. Plus, they come in several colors and are machine wash cold! So the next question is – what race are going to train for?

Little Tikes Playhouse

Literally someone asked me the other day what I was doing for the twins’ birthday, and I was like, “Um, I haven’t really thought about that.” And now seeing this playhouse REALLY makes me realize that I need to get started on it! I have been holding off on buying them an outdoor playhouse until I move, but that seems to be taking much longer than expected. At $123, this playhouse might just be the perfect gift for them (with a few modifications made to the hot pink exterior!)

Crayola Mega Set

*insert note about also buying a Magic Eraser set………Let your little ones explore their artistic and creative side with every art supply imaginable in this Crayola Mega Set. Paint, markers, crayons, chalk, along with paper, modeling clay, and model magic (no clue what this is…..I guess we aren’t there yet……) All for under $20!

Vitamin C

There is a clear difference in my skin apperance on days that I use this Vitamin C and days that I don’t. My skin looks brighter and happier when applied after washing my face in the mornings as opposed to kind of dull and muted. I stumbled across this back in January and have been hooked ever since. Found at Target for under $25.

As always, if you are reading this, I truly appreciate your support. You don’t know how much every click, view, like, comment, share, etc. mean to me. Have a great rest of your weekend!

Cheers – MP πŸ™‚
